Oh Vienna what are you doing to us? Was 4 weeks in the Lagertank really not enough? Did you really have to have some power to ferment in the bottle? That’s not nice though. Then you get too much CO2, so too much pressure. You can taste it, and you’ll notice. You’re foaming too hard! And if you’ve been lying down or not really cold, sometimes you even squirt out of the bottle. Beer drinkers don’t want that Oh Vienna. So what’s left of you we’ve had to dump. Straight into the sewer. It’s an eternal sin. And what’s worse, we’re going to be without you for a while now. At the beginning of March we hope to have Oh Vienna back in stock. One that’s done with ferments.
