We make our wheat beer in a unique way. Unlike the German and Belgian wheat beer variants, we use Lager yeast. This cold fermentation creates a pure malt character. The used hops are traditionally American who add to the wheat flavor a fresh fruitiness of citrus. The end result is a deliciously drinkable wheat beer that makes you long for the next one after each sip.
Straw yellow and quite a bit of carbon dioxide, rich in citrus- hop notes and a recognizable wheat character.
